Stavanger, November 6th, 2024 – Digital Horizon AS has entered into an agreement to purchase 49% of the shares in the IT company E-Provider AS, which specializes in IT operations services for small and medium-sized businesses. This acquisition marks a strategic step for Digital Horizon AS, aimed at expanding its footprint in the technology sector and strengthening its presence in the IT market.
As part of the agreement, Per-Allan Røsand, CEO of Digital Horizon AS, will also assume the role of CEO at E-Provider AS. Per-Allan brings extensive experience in leadership and business development, particularly within the oil and gas industry and the IT sector. His expertise will be instrumental in guiding E-Provider AS through its next phase of growth, with a focus on innovation and further development of the company’s services.
